9.1 In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your contract with MARINE CASHMERE in relation to products purchased from Marinecashmere.com, excepting for personalized items, without any penalty and for any reason, by notifying MARINE CASHMERE in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you receive the products. .
9.2 The personalized item cannot be refund, except for defects of the product.
9.3 You should return the products contacting directly MARINE CASHMERE at info@marinecashmere.com, giving us your number of order and the date. MARINE CASHMERE will response to you with all necessary instructions.
9.4 To return the products: a. the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; b. the identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal; c. the products should be returned, complete and unused, with their original packaging; d. the products should be returned to MARINE CASHMERE within seven (14) working days following notification to MARINE CASHMERE of the damaged or defective product or MARINE CASHMERE error.
9.5 MARINE CASHMERE will process the payment to refund you within 14 days after have received and verified the product.
